How do you ensure the freshness of my groceries during delivery?

We use temperature-controlled delivery vehicles and insulated packaging for cold items to ensure everything arrives at your doorstep as fresh as if you picked it yourself.

What is your delivery area and how fast can I get my order?

We currently deliver to most metropolitan areas. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM and next-day delivery for all other orders.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?

Yes, once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your driver's progress on a live map.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

You can choose to allow substitutions for similar items, or opt for a direct refund. We will always notify you of any changes before your order leaves our facility.

What is your policy for damaged or incorrect items?

If any item is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
